Very variable service levels
West Byfleet store is struggling to maintain stock levels of perishable foods impossible to purchase a weeks shopping due to short use by dates. Over the last six + months the store has deteriorated from good to extremely poor.
Visiting relative in East Sussex shopped at the Hailsham store excellent service all the advertised special offers a complete revelation how can the management be so variable?
