Are your drivers stupid?
I ordered a smart cover for my iPad from amazon and it seems it was down to DPD to deliver. Firstly the package was about £10, not special delivery and did not need signing for, yet the driver felt that he couldn't post it through the letter box. So it has gone to the depot. Secondly he didn't even put my name on the 'sorry we missed you' note that was left, just my company name. So how do I even know this package is for me? The final straw is that he delivered it at 18:30 in the evening, out of office hours. My only conclusion is that you employ intellectually challenged drivers. Ill be checking next time that anything I order does not get delivered by DPD. Idiots.

if the website you ordered from does not allow you to specify additional delivery instructions (such as only delivering during office hours), please send us an email at socialmedia@dpd.co.uk with your consignment number and a contact telephone number with a short description of your query and we will be able to organise something for you.
