Highly not recommended

I paid £69.99 for the Gold Package, plus postage and packaging, totaling £74.99. The gift arrived and the frame was badly marked and looked very cheap. Not what you would expect for the price paid. I had to buy a new frame to put the certificate in and get the certificate professionally cut to fit the frame. After calling Universal Star Registry I was instructed to return the frame costing me a further £10.00 postage. I was refunded £16.69. I think this is ridiculous after having spent a total of £84.99 not to mention the cost of buying a new frame and having it cut to size. Having expressed my dissatisfaction over the phone, the response I got was very unsympathetic and unapologetic. Very unhappy with the gift and the service and not worth the money paid. I would strongly not recommend this company.

The gold star packages are very popular and this is the first complaint about the quality of the frame supplied with the package. Upon return of the item we could find no problem with the frame and offered the refund as good will gesture.
