Don't use this company for buying phones !!

I have to explain a lot my case.
My phone has come back home after nearly 4 months of "repair time", allways damaged. I was very angry about ValueBasket.
I decide at this moment send my phone to Samsung France.
They receive it and they said to me that IMEI number is not legal for my region area.
My phone was made for Asia and not for Europe, they don't want to repair my phone uder garanty.

So, definitively, don't buy PHONE with VALUEBASKET, they sales phone from ASIA at a very low price and sales it in Europe without capabilities of repairing in case of.

Valuebasket get money but don't give any service
