Very surprised when, after paying for flights, instead of confirmation or an e-ticket, we received an email saying that we'd be contacted within 72hrs to confirm. Never happened before with other providers. The call came 23 hrs later, original price not available, wanted 4x £25 each extra. Before agreeing, I called another agent who confirmed a live price of £4 each more than the original. Rang Travelbag, the guy said he did not believe me and couldn't match, so we asked for cancellation. He hung up, very stroppy. I emailed the company after 2 hrs as no email confirmation came through and received shortly after a more polite email confirming cancellation. Now waiting to see if the refund is full or if they impose a charge. No charges were mentioned by the fellow and he never sent an email himself. Disgusting service, have never received anything so bad. Stroppy operatives are a big no-no...
