when receiving a message from my buyer on eBay, letting me know that there parcel had not arrived, after a week of me sending it. I tracked it online and it had said it had been delivered 5 days ago, i rang up and they told me they had left it in the alley!, who does that? anyway after speaking to the buyer she told me she does not even have an alley and they did not even leave a card. absolute terrible company with terrible customer service!!!!!
Delivery was late wasted a day waiting for it, shoes had a big rip in sole after 2 days, took ages for boohoo to contact me about it! When the finally did the promised they would send me some new ones once the item had been returned, sent the item after a week later I still had not heard anything tried to contact you after a while you replied saying that they were out of stock! Waste of my time, and I will be warning my friends not to shop here! Very disappointed with such an un professional service
