I have bought items from The hut twice now as their offers are often good and they send offer codes however the first item I bought needed to be returned and 6 weeks later they said they still hadn't received it even though posted with proof of posting, I put this down to postal service losing it, however my second order from them also 'went missing in the post'. I very much doubt both items went missing in the post. The returns and refunds process is the worst of any company I have ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs!
