Great service, expensive postage.

Phoned the store for some advice which was was quickly and efficiently given along with a "part number" to buy the item online (quicker despatch they said). Bought item quickly and easily online and it arrived three days later. Given that it was a tent repair patch set, for £4.95 postage I would expect it to be delivered by personal courier within 8 minutes! If the delivery is going to take three days then I would expect considerably cheaper postage. If I hadn't needed the item urgently I would have sourced it elsewhere.

So, like I said, great service, expensive postage.

Many thanks for your feedback, our postage rate is a standard charge to cover postage and packing on all orders regardless of value.

Your order was placed after hours on the 16th and despatched on the 18th via 1st class post which I assume arrived on the 19th. For our standard carriage we quote delivery of 2/3 working days which this falls within.
