A couple of bad apples shouldn't ruin everything

I have sold Ecrater for at least five years. It started off good. Although you can have all your policies and everything up front I've had a few customers who want to bully me into discounts, exchanges or returns. This is also happening on EBay. So I've suffered as a seller because there is no way of getting everyone to leave a review and all you need is one or two bad reviews to ruin you.
