I received a good service - communication, ease of use of the website, payment etc. unfortunately they advertised a frame I wanted in black. Unfortunately that colour was out of stock and on a 3 month waiting list. This info wasn't offered on the website, so took the same frame in a different colour. All AFTER I had paid for the black ones. My advice is to phone first and check they have what you want IN STOCK before ordering.
