Initially I gave BB a much higher review, and that was because their customer services during the whole purchasing experience WAS fantastic. Everything was smooth till last week when I hit a snag. There was a problem with the cistern and I've been chasing them constantly for a replacement - and still no response!
I kep getting the same tired response that they need to discuss this with the technical team (??!!) and they'll get back to me..
stay tuned, the 5* went to a 3* and I'll be sure to post if it goes lower!
