My order was not collected by your carriers. When I informed you of this you promised speedy delivery. I was going away but my instructions wre for the parcel to be left in the porch and my neighbour put it in the house. While I was away a repeat delivery came - Yodel had not sent me an email about this. It was left several houses down the road and was still there when I returned from holiday. The box was in poor condition. I informed customer services and they dealt with it but the carriers collecting it needed a signature.
