The end result more than satisfied my need and wants

Website was easy to navigate and very clear and making initially inquiry very simple and some of the deals on offer 'appeared' too good to be true!

I however felt that following initial call, in response to online inquiry, communication slipped and I was never fully aware of where I was in relation to order process and order completion.

We got there in the end and everyone I dealt with were very friendly and answers to emails/calls were prompt. I do however feel that to have been fully satisfied I would have wanted more information at the start of the process to give me a full outline of the stages.

All in all very happy.
