I use Superstar for my Mountain Bike consumables and bling and can't fault them.
For brake pads, for example, they source pads from major manufacturers and sell them for around half price of the major brands (i.e. the people whose name is on your brakes). My bike stops. End of.
I've also had lockon grips with fancy colours and they look ace. My son's bike is getting bling stem and quick release collars to make it look suitable for a teen about town - all at brilliant costs, delivered quickly.
Oh, and FREE HARIBO! What can possibly go wrong?
I use Vidahost for my http://mountainbikingresources.com website and I've had absolutely no problems with them - quite the opposite.
With wizards for setup on most popular website platforms (like wordpress and so on), getting your site live from scratch is easy. The cost is very competitive and I've had absolutely no issues with site uptime.
When I've needed help, it's been available via forums and/or email quickly and easily.
Very, very good. I've recommended them to one good friend so far and I've no qualms about doing so again.
Apart from my company not being able to enable internaltional calls (I think they're just too tight), I'm very happy with Vodafone. My calls work and hardly ever get dropped; my emails are received; my data gets through.
What's to complain about?
I've used other mailing platforms (iContact, Mailchimp...) and whilst they're all good, Dotmailer really shine with the support they give. Our Account Manager is ace and the on-screen chat window has saved me many a wasted hour.
I send out mailers in my day job, contacting corporate buyers with messages which have be right, look right and have the right deliverability. Dotmailer helps me to do this and lets me see how things have gone.
It's an excellent tool.
