I received an mp3 player from Mymemory in a black plastic bag. When the bag was opened the box inside contained no proper packaging and the player crushed.
I contacted mymemory several times but the emails were ignored.
6 weeks later the player panel controls ceased to operate completelly although the flash memory was still accessible. Contacted mymemory and was told to pay to send it back to them from Australia despite their sending it out to me without any proper packaging. mYMemory continue to ignore all emails about this fact, and demand I pay return post for the goods sent out in a plastic bag.Also they will not refund my money.
Unless you want your electical goods sent out to you packed only in a plastic bag you should think very carefully about mymemory, especially since their customer service is non existant and their emails abusive.
