Outdoor World

Wrong item sent but rectified within one day

I ordered two single inflatable mattresses and chose 1-2 day delivery for the extra cost as I needed them quickly. They arrived after 2 days but the wrong items had been sent. I phoned Outdoor World and the lady on the phone apologised and arranged for the correct items to be sent by next day delivery. She also advised me to keep the two wrong items that were sent in error. The correct items arrived the next day.
It was disappointing to get the wrong items but the solutions was perfect and I still received the correct items in time before I needed them.
