After signing up to vodafone for the 1st month we had zero broadband service. 2hrs at least on the phone to tech support, and one new modem later (which didn't fix the issue) i had to get put through to cancellations before they took me seriously.
When it finally did get fixed, guess what, we got billed for the month where we had zero service.
Another hour on the phone and the best i came away with was 2x €10 euro credits from €100+ bill.
