First Class Customer Service

I wanted to write about the fantastic customer service I received from Christine Atkins at the Customer Service department at Confetti. I ordered a set of cuff links for both my dad and my father in law. The set for my father in law arrived promptly and correct, however there was a problem with the ones for my dad. I emailed to notify that there was a problem and after supplying a photo of the problem, Christine ordered another pair at no charge. Unfortunately, when they arrived it was the same issue. When I got in touch with Christine she quickly checked and found that the batch were all the same. She would not stop apologising and asked my to pick an alternative pair that she had delivered to an alternative address as it was fast approaching the big day.

I'm please to say that both dads loved their gifts and I can't thank Christine enough for all her hard work to ensure that this was the case. It is refreshing to experience someone who takes a pride in their job and goes the extra mile to ensure that the customer is happy with their purchase. Thank you Christine for everything that you did to put things right, it was very much appreciated!
