First time i have used Urban Industry (although i have viewed & been aware of website for sometime). My order arrived very promptly even with the standard delivery (no fee). Unfortunately the size was not quite right so i had to return it. The process of returning the item & then the new size being sent back out was very efficient with no additional cost. The item was also everything i expected & more. Thank you for a great service, i will definitely being using the website in the future to which fully recommend.
