Poor quality of goods

I placed an order for office desks & pedestals recently. When we came to put one desk together an incorrect part was enclosed so we are having to wait for a part to be posted to us. Unfortunately, we had moved office knowing the desks had been delivered so one member of staff does not yet have a desk!!

The runner for the top drawer on one of the pedestals came off when the drawer was opened for the first time. It looks as though the screw which was used to keep it in place was too small so the runner keeps dropping off. I reported this on Monday 23rd July & am still waiting for someone to confirm what is happening about a replacement.

The staff I've dealt with have all been very friendly & helpful but unfortunately it doesn't make up for the quality of the goods. Maybe I've just been unlucky that teo items from my order have been faulty but it will make me think twice before placing another order.
