I have a Paul Reed Smith, which I bought from somewhere else. I lost an intonation screw on the High E string, and had looked at sourcing a replacement. I tried direct from PRS, and from the location I'd bought the guitar from (without success). Based on previous good service received from Nevada (I bought a Squier Bass pack for my son, and a Boss GT-10 for myself in December 2011), I sent an email to Nevada, as a long shot. Within a few working hours, I'd received a reply from Chris saying he'd spoken to PRS (UK) and secured a screw. As an additional bonus, it would be at no cost to myself. Within a few days,I had a parcel in the post, and my guitar was complete again. It's service like that that is worth so much to me.
