Prices are very good, there is a wide selection of products and delivery is fast. Ingredients were listed clearly on the site, which is important to me as I wanted a supplement with no animal ingredients. I ordered on Thursday, using the free delivery option, and my order arrived on Saturday.
My mother-in-law ordered a phone from O2, which was to be delivered on a specified date. She was given a tracking number and told that the parcel would be delivered before 12 noon.
At 12:30 she phoned Yodel to find out where the parcel was, and had a similar experience to other reviewers on here, finding their customer service people to be rude or disinterested. Eventually someone told her that the parcel would be with her by 5pm.
By 5pm no-one had arrived so she phoned back and was told that a driver tried to deliver the parcel and no-one was at home. This was an outright lie, as my mother-in-law, my husband and myself were all in the house all day, along with 2 dogs who never miss a knock on the door.
The parcel was eventually delivered the next day, but only after complaints to both Yodel (who didn't care) and O2 (who did). Almost everyone I know has a story about Yodel, there are plenty of negative comments on Facebook and even a column in a national newspaper about how awful they are.
Yodel - sort your staff out or you'll be out of business before the end of the year.
I placed my order on a Monday evening and received it on Wednesday, as specified on the site. It was a large bag of powder for the price, much cheaper than other brands. I was pleased that the site specified which courier companies they use, as this meant I was able to avoid having the product delivered by Yodel. The other delivery company (DPD I think) charged about 70p more, which is well worth it to avoid the terrible service from Yodel.
