Regrettably the Mk3 o/s long arm wing mirror supplied was defective but thankfully NP sent another which was also defective. No fault of NP though as the fault is not apparent until fitted on the vehicle. NP have offered a full refund and arranged collection at no extra cost. There is justice in the world.
Why, just call up the customer (using a cheap automated message of course, no pharmacist in his right mind would waste his profit on the personal touch when economy, impersonal recordings are available) and remind them to order that repeat prescription. And to create the illusion of a really caring pharmacist, give the customer the option of a call back at the end of the message. (No need for the pharmacist to staff this response service though, no, that will also eat into the pharmacist’s pocket. And besides why bother, the illusion of care has been created, the customer thinks that the lines really are busy, and the main objective of increasing turnover has been fulfilled.)
