Over the last couple of years I've slowly renewed almost everything in my kitchen and ProCook has been my "go to" company for everything I need and in the majority of cases I have then bought from them.
Most of what I have bought has been at a sensible price / quality point - better quality is available for a higher price elsewhere and equally lower quality cheaper items and can also be found elsewhere. The exception to this is in the pan ranges where a variety of price / quality levels can be found. I've avoided the very cheapest range and gone a level up and been generally pleased though wear and tear seems to be taking its toll a little sooner than I would have expected but it's too early to tell whether this will be a problem in the long run (the non-stick in a number of pans is badly scratched but its performance seems unaffected). I've opted to go up another level with more recent purchases.
One order failed to turn up when expected. It turned out I was warned about this by an email with Gmail diverted to spam. When I rang the company to enquire they were friendly and helpful, they explained the delay and actioned my subsequent instructions. And with their help I also found the missing emails. Can't say fairer than that.
