Next day delivery on a "normal" order. I seem to have almost had to "rebuild" my shower and have used this site for parts every time. The site is user friendly with full diagrams of the "insides" so you can easily see which part you are changing and how it all fits.I know nothing about plumbing or showers but each time I have had a problem, I have used the "tech" site to work out which part I need. Except the 1st time when I wasn't sure even what year my shower was (it was pertinent) let alone which part so I phoned them up and they told me (without making feel stupid)! Even better is that whatever part you're buying you'll be hard pressed to beat their prices!
