Trying to make things work

The Nokia Lumia 800 was delivered next day, super quick, but found it very difficult to navigate and use. Very helpful replacement and swop to Samsung Galaxy Note but sadly still waiting for it to arrive, the returns bag/documentation never arrived so had to send the Lumia back by special delivery, now waiting for my new phone. Phones 4 U have been good but the process has taken over 2 weeks and still no Samsung as yet. I'm just unlucky that I couldn't get on with the Lumia and then the returns bag not arriving etc. Teething problems so hoping to be thrilled with the Galaxy Note, I have tried a friends and it was very simple to navigate etc.
