Goes the extra mile and superb, healthy plants
I chose Plantify for their range and their reviews and I couldn't have chosen better. People often judge companies on things that go well but I think a better testament is how prepared they are to put things right. Plantify delivered in person on a Bank Holiday because Yodel had an issue. I could have kissed the man when he turned up as I was so impressed. The plants themselves were in fantastic condition and I wouldn't hesitate in using them again...absolutely brilliant service and quality...can't rate them highly enough.

Product well packaged
Uses this company for the first time as it had a good range of things that I was looking for. Communication was good and the items arrived safely packaged and in good condition.
ACHICA
Good value but can't rely on them
I have used Achica a number of times so they can't he that bad but having had numerous unfulfilled orders I won't depend on them so I'd never buy birthday presents from them. They are also quite bad at communication. Everything is email and I have on more than one occasion had to chase them beyond their delivery deadline. They have some interesting stuff but they could do an awful lot better

Great choice, great price, speedy delivery
I can only think that the bad reviews have been due to a genuine mistake. Website was clear, people on the phone are helpful and ordering was a doddle and much cheaper than other websites whose beanbags and delivery are cheaper. The bags are huge but well filled and yes they whiff a bit when you take them out of the box but so does many a material shop...it smells because it's new and needs to acclimatize which I can put up with for the saving of £50-100
