good service, friendly staff
Great little rucksack and delivered very promptly. My only concern was that the colour was not exactly what I had ordered and it took a couple of phone calls to establish that this was because last year's colours were still on the website. They did offer a full refund if I wasn't happy. So overall pleased with service.
