Food great but disappointing delivery

The food we received was fantastic and the quality was exceptional. My only critisism was the delivery from DHL. I stated that no one would be home until 17:00 but received an e-mail shortly after midday to say my goods had been delivered. I had assumed a neighbour took the delivery but when I got home the box was behind the recycle box. I must reiterate that the wall at the front on my property was only a few inches taller than the recycle boxes and the WG box itself. It was on show, not hidden in the slightest ready to be taken by someone passing. Fortunately, this wasn't the case but I would like more care taken in future.

Hi Chris,

It's great to hear that you enjoyed your meaty goodies. I can advise that DHL do deliver between 9 and 6,when the courier attempted delivery they would have tried your neighbours if no one is in they are authorised to leave your order. I'm glad that your goodies were left safe and sound and your starting to work your way through them.
