WD Bathrooms

POOR SERVICE

I ordered shower tray and shower door from this company on 12/07/2012, order was easy and they rang on the same day to check the order was correct as I had ordered different sizes. Unfortunately when it came to delivery I am still waiting. I rang last week and was told that the order had gone out to the delivery company and they would ring me to arrange a date.have rang again today. I have rang today as we still have not heard anything and it appears that neither WD bathrooms or the courier DPD are prepared to admit which one is at fault. DPD say they were given the wrong contact number and when they contacted the company no-one got back to them and WD of course deny this completely. get your act together particularly when you are charging £30.00 to deliver. Could have fetched it myself faster!!!

Hello Wendy.
I have checked your details and we have to hold our hands up and admit we did input your telephone number incorrectly into our system. Your goods left our warehouse on the 19th July. It is procedure for the courier to contact us and let us know of any non-deliveries and this did not happen. We are sorry that we have let you down and will be sending you something extra for your shower purchase which you will receive shortly.

This is not something that usually happens and we will be introducing steps to stop this from reoccurring.
