complete joke of a service

have had items delivered by this company 3 times via amazon and play for wich i paid next day delivery, each time according to the tracking details i had refused delivery, what a load of crap. on the 3rd time i left my front door wide open and my kids sat on the step playing so there was no excuse for these useless drivers to give, however they never showed up and thats right you guessed it, i apperantly refused delivery.

i wish companies like play and Amazon would stop using these useless morons.

although last time i ordered from amazon next day delivery, they used royal mail and i had no problems at all
