had a phone call from Darren telling me he was from Carphone Warehouse and I was due for an upgrade. I said yes because, I always deal with Carphone warehouse, I was told he could reduce the tarriff, so I said yes.
The phone arrived today and I was not happy as it was not the phone I thought it would be, so i rung the CPW and they told me to take it back to any shop. There I was told the truth, it was E2save and they could not accept the phone back and to ring them direct.
what a bloody nightmare, I was told I would have to pay to send it back I refused as I was misled, and was told she would request the phone call to check and if so would refund the postage.
Then I was told I would have to cancel my insureance and Gadget support. I DID NOT take this out and it was not mentioned in the initial call,
Having rung the two number she gave me, they could not find insurance or gadget support, but to ring back in 10 days as it can take that long for the info to be sent.
I have sent the phone back as I want everything to do with this company cancelled, and hope they will refund me.
I will never deal with this company again, they mislead people just for a sale/comission
