Simply Hike

Didn't recieve all of my order and still waiting!

I bought a Go Systems Dynasty Trio gas cooker after reading a review about it and finding a link to this website. I ordered it on the basis that it told me that I would have it delivered the following working day. Delivery and packaging was fine but when I opened it, the gas tube and regulator that were meant to be in the box were missing and so I couldnt use it. I rang Simply Hike who said they had none left in stock so couldnt send the missing parts. They promised to call the supplier direct and call me straight back but 3 days later, not a word. I have since spent an additionl £15 getting all of the parts.

Not impressed, don't state that you will supply things if you cannot.

We are sincerely sorry that the customer has been let down on this occasion. At time of responding to this feedback we can advise that we are still awaiting to hear back from the Supplier regarding the missing parts. There appears to be some problems at the Supplier end whereby they have changed the product to now not include the hose but have failed until now to let us know. We have been trying to locate the part for the customer but we can see that they have obviously had more joy than us in obtaining these missing parts. We do apologise that the customer has been kept in the dark whilst we have been investigating this issue and for the inconvenience caused.
