Buy with confidence
made an online purchase, but I messed up my card details so purchase denied. i quickly got a phone call and rectified the situation. compnents arrived next day. it's not often i buy network/optical equipment. but i'd use these guys again when and if i have to in the future. Buy with confidence

undeliverd goods, no refund, no contact, AVOID
wish i'd seen some of the ukbw, lfbathrooms or whatever their called reviews before i ordered some goods off them. after a smooth purchase and the money taken from my bank a confirmation email etc, it all looked like normal. now a month after no email replies, no phone answered. i got suspicious the first time i heard the generic 'no one in' on the phone. not even a mention of the business name. i then searched for reviews and uncovered the horror stories of people being blatantly ripped off. i'll do what i can to even things out? avoid, avoid, avoid, and if that fails avoid.
