I booked 3 days before our holiday, l booked wrong airport....Manchester and should have been Birmingham!!! Dummy me!
I ticked the no amendments option, l telephoned to put my point to them but they where not interested. I have used their service loads of times before but will now book direct in future.
Customers are low now, should expect a more caring and understanding approach to your current customers.....cause there is plenty other places to go if you do not offer good service!
