Have now had two really bad experiences with Yodel. When rearranging online my postcode is incorrect so I have to call them on a premium line. Then I waited absolutely ages to speak to somone. I gave up after 5 minutes and hung up withour getting through to anyone. What a complete rip off. Have no idea how I'm going to get my parcel redelivered. Why do companies insist on using Yodel???
