My first time using the service and I was bit wary of not using my bank... After much due dilligence on the web I was comfortable with the reputation of Currency Solutions. Basically they beat my bank hands down on the rate they could offer, I was allocated a personal currency advisor who had iformation the markets at his fingertips and he did not try to pressure me into any transaction until I was ready. As a first time user there were some hiccups at my end but my advisor was able to sort those out for me immediately. I would definitely recommend this service to others.
