I ordered a Samsung smart LED TV from electricshop.com after finding the product cheaper than other sites. The delivery was fast and efficient. I discovered when unwrapping the well packaged box that there were some scratches on the glossy tv stand. I rang electric shop immediately and reported this to Julie in customer services. She promised to contact Samsung and explain the problem. I was called back immediately and told to expect a new stand direct from Samsung. Julie has contacted me several times to check if stand had arrived and giving me expected delivery dates. I have now received a new stand and cannot praise this company enough for friendly and extremely efficient customer service. I left a message with a collegue of hers to say it had arrived and she was very appreciative of the call. We all seem to comment when something is wrong but I wanted to spend the time to recommend this company to everyone.
