Good service. Was contacted by email several times to inform me of delivery date and also given a time slot for delivery on day. There were problems with the lift up mechanism of my ottoman bed.( probably caused by fact it was an ex display bed) The whole base was replaced and delivered on date convenient to me. Very impressed with the customer care. Nothing was too much trouble.
Never used eflorist until recently but have no hesitation in recommending them. Website easy to use , appear very efficient. Like the confirmation email after flowers have been delivered. So far everyone who has received flowers have commented how good the arrangements were. Also like the fact that the number of characters allowed on the accompanying message is not so restricted as some florists. Very pleased I found them and will do so again when need to send flowers.
