Appalling Treatment!!
Despite the fact I stated I needed an exact replacement mattress for my Silentnight electrically operated single divan bed, currently fitted with a Miratex 300 mattress, having had an oesophagectomy due to cancer and therefore I choke if I lie flat having no sphincter, I was sent what was a very cheap mattress. On complaint it was CONFIRMED I was sent the correct mattress, though subsequently it was admitted. that the wrong mattress was sent. I had to ask for an apology. A second mattress was sent and the first uplifted. The second though of superior quality was not that which was advertised which looked exactly like my Miratex 300 having sewn panels to enable the bed to be raised/tilted. Further protestations brought no results, only references to company procedures. I am now left with a mattress/bed which is of no use to me. Appalling treatment.!!
