When reading a review, please take a step back and look at reviews from those who have had problems with their purchases after delivery as this is the true story. Yes the items are cheap but so is the quality. You can bet that in a short space of time damage and failure of your item will likely occur. Yes they will clear up any problems at the time of delivery so that they can keep your money when things go wrong straight afterwards. Ask yourself why hasn't anyone ever got a genuine manual rather than a shoddy photocopy. No manual also makes it almost impossible to sale the item later. Yes the customer services team will tell you one thing but this isn't necessarily the truth. They are very adapt at dealing with complaints and are quite happy to deny that they have said or agreed anything. No they do not use their own drivers, These are companies who have contracted with them and they too are lied to not just the customer. For your infomation, the driver invoice I saw recently for a collection was for £18.66. Why is next day delivery stated and then in small print they cover themselves by saying not guaranteed? If someone pays for next day delivery, this is what should be delivered. Poor, no very very poor customer service. BEWARE!
Well folks after over 6 months I finally got my money back!. If you want to know more about how I succeeded you can message me. Good luck to those who are going through this but hopefully yours will not take 6 months to resolve like mine did.
I must have had an almost built from scratch treadmill now as it has gone back and forth to have the motor replaced, speed sensor replaced, main circuit board replaced and console replaced. Well so far there have been 7 days of my annual leave taken due to the collection and deliveries needed on trying to get this faulty treadmill sorted. This does not include the initial delivery and replacement parts due to damaged back wheel and missing items. They finally accept that it was faulty (Twice told faulty motor even though they had replaced it once before and faulty circuit board, speed sensor). their view is that as I have had 4 and a half months use of it and I didn't let them know soon enough that there was a fault. IT BROKE DOWN AFTER 4 AND A HALF MONTHS, THAT'S WHEN THE FAULT MANIFESTED ITSELF!. I let them know that day it broke down! Now, their stance is that as it can't be repaired, they have to offer a replacement but as the one I bought is no longer available, they have offered a significantly bigger one. However, this is not what I ordered. This is not a replacement on a like for like basis which I have informed them about. Their view is that I cannot have a refund (partial in this case) as i had 4 and a half months use of it.
Under the Sale of Goods Act, if it breaks down within the first 6 months, it has proven to be an inherent fault. It is their responsibility to prove there wasn't a fault within the first 6 months which they have not been able to do. Whereas, I have proven there was an inherent fault (5 breakdowns and repairs in the past 5 months) AND significant inconvenience to me (the customer.). Consumer rights experts have been involved and have been advising me at each step on how to proceed. I have kept all correspondence and documents ready for next part of the process which I have finally accepted will probably need to be initiated. Further updates to follow.

If I could award a minus star rating I would. This company has to be THE worst one I have ever dealt with. Bought a treadmill or so I thought. It turns out to be the biggest load of garbage ever. Although next day delivery stated, it took 2 weeks and then the night before delivery I got a call telling me out of stock and offered alternative. It arrived with some damage, missing parts, no tools and wrong manual (photocopy for another treadmill). I even commented to them that it looked like someone had just walked around the warehouse and cobbled something together from what was lying around at the last minute. Was e-mailed a manual for a cross trainer and then finally a poor copy of correct manual. When I insisted on original manual the one sent in the post was underpaid so I had to cough up more money to get it from the Post Office and then it turned out to be a poor photocopy again. 4 months on, it stopped abruptly which is very dangerous. All electrics in my home blown when it is switched on so cannot use it and wouldn't want to now as it's dangerous. Problems trying to get collection, rude staff and even implying I am a liar. Driver refused collection..poor thing was scared he may damage it and have to pay for damage. They stated treadmill had to be on ground floor for collection which is rich considering I live in a bungalow and everything is at ground floor level. Please, PLEASE, PLEASE buy from a reputable company and not these people. You will waste time and money trying to get through the many brick walls, lies, and rudeness of the staff but to no avail. What they sold is truly DANGEROUS! These 'people' are well rehearsed on objection handling. Their idea of customer service is to brow beat you into submission. Well it says a lot when you call customer service and they just talk over anything you have to say. They really are not interested once they have your money. Well let me tell you, they haven't come up against me and I WILL pursue them all the way if needs be to get them to resolve things to MY satisfaction and not what is convenient for them!
