I didn't get confirmation text of when my parcel was arriving, now have to wait till Monday to redeliver. There is no option for me to collect in the weekend and the phone numbers are useless and PREMIUM RATE. I called twice and it said customer service doesn't work on evenings and weekends. Rather sums up my feeling of this company - NO investment in customer service and a high reliance on social media.

I'm sorry that you've had trouble getting in contact with our customer service, if you email us at socialmedia@dpd.co.uk, including your consignment number and contact telephone number along with the message, we will have customer services give you a call to answer any questions and requests that you have.
