Fantastic Customer Service- best ever experience of on-line shopping

I ordered some Vans trainers for my son's birthday, and trying to be organised, I ordered them quite early. They turned out to be the wrong size and I was concerned that I may not be able to exchange them. I phoned Base Fashion to enquire whether it would be possible...and can only say how impressed I was by the helpfulness, courtesy and willingness to 'go out of their way' to get the size we wanted. Delivery was quicker than expected, but unfortunately, due to a family emergency, I was not here to recieve the new pair...and could not contact Royal mail to re-deliver so the trainers were returned to Base Fashion. Before I rang them to make enquiries...they phoned me...and again, I was so impressed by their pleasant and helpful customer service...we recieved the trainers the following day. My son is delighted with his new trainers and I am happy to say that, as an ex-shop manager...it was a pleasure dealing with this company and I will definitely be happy to order from them again
