The website is very easy to use,on the occasions I have had to ring them the staff have been very helpful, the online booking is simple and even though I often book leg room there seat design is the best I have known for comfort the legroom is fantastic.
The staff at check in and on the plane are always friendly and helpful and best of all the reward point scheme is excellent.
