Absolutely terrible

New Look used to be my favourite place to shop. I liked the selection of clothing they had and found ordering from them quick and easy. The whole experience was simple. However, this has changed in the last year or so. Only recently I placed an order and it took no less than 5 days to be despatched after me emailing them around 5 times and never receiving a reply to any of them. Spoke to a woman on the phone who was completely useless (she tried looking up the tracking info which was obviously pointless as it hadn't been sent yet). It's now been 9 days and it hasn't been delivered. NONE of my emails get replies, their phone customer support is useless, very slow delivery (slowest I have ever encountered), plus the clothes themselves are not as good quality as they were. Use Paypal if you order from them online as it's far easier to get a refund - something I have had to do more than once now as i've had no response from them...

paid for next day delivery, now 6pm and no sign of it. still shows as 'in transit'. tried contacting them by phone and email several times but with no response. totally unacceptable. feel sorry for companies who have to deal with them and will be avoiding in future.
