I wouldn't trust this company further than I could throw them. I've been a long-term user, but their business practices seem really 'sharp' (ie: not in a good way).
Deleting my on-line account didn't go down well, neither do their infuriatingly boring texts, telling me all sorts of garbage that I don't wish to know (and I *DON'T* like being interupted by your frequent, useless, *intrusive* advertising texts, Orange!)
If I had a bit more spare time I might shop around for another cell phone company, -- (but maybe they're all as bad as each other?)
There's a lotta rouges on the 'net these days, and some really duff companies, selling all sorts of junk, and often having zilch in the way of customer care. So when a company comes up trumps, I think it's worth giving them a few brownie points!
(Maybe in this way, the scam-artists might sooner go out of business, and leave the way clear for honest and decent traders? -- We might hope!)
Anyway, having just been given the opportunity to leave some feedback, I thought I'd wade in... To date, I've recently placed two orders with Lawsons HIS [what an odd name! -- Is there a Lawsons *HERS* as well?] :)
I was organising a big event, and needed some stuff in a hurry. The first order got here the very next day, -- as did the second one, -- ordered via their website.
The woman taking my first order over the phone was good, efficient, polite, helpful, and knew her job (which makes a nice change in this world!) ;)
So, overall, they get 5-stars all round.
The bottom line of customer / seller relations is: "Would I use them again?"
Answer: "Yes, in a trice!"
~ Oh, and their prices on some bits were really good too, so make that 6 brownie points!
