Good company
The website is easy to use, there's a good range of excellent products and delivery is quick and reliable.

Fast, efficient and a good product.
What we bought from Bigdug has been exactly what they promised, and the price was good. The assembly instructions, however, were a bit confusing - a bit of English might have helped. Once I'd assembled the first one (about 3 hours!) it was easy. The others took about 15 mins each.
They seem good, sturdy units and have solved our storage problem.
