Can't be faulted.. well maybe one little bit

Brilliant customer service, fast turn-around of orders... if they have an Achilles heel it must be some of the retailers who they "sub-contract" to on their site where the products, service and support are nowhere near the Amazon flag standard (and also very difficult to spot!)


Is there a zero?

Added all CDs into database - prices were low, but you have to run a business and its my choice to accept or not

Finished entry and pressed send - 12 CDs disappear off the list - no way to put them back on.

No worries , I wrongly assume, they're in the box (already packed as order was input) they will just add them in - nope.

Courier didn't bother turning up in the 12 hour slot I'd allocated .

Re scheduled collection (same box, same extra cds)

Emailed Music Magppie about issue - no reply

Waited for cheque - mailed to collection address not my address.

Extra CDs not mentioned , nor allocated in payment (even though a note was also put in the box)
