No issues with ordering the mattress and service from mattress.co.uk was very good (3 stars) however awful service from the delivery company used.
Mattress not delivered on specified day due to error at the delivery company's end.Only informed of this on the day (after arranged time off work) and delivery could then not be arranged for over 1 week later.
Poorly dealt with by delivery company following this. Had to make several phone calls to try and get the delivery earlier but to no avail. Delivery company unable to deliver a mattress asap even though delivery error was theirs in the first place. Mattress.co.uk was supportive and offered full refund however had no influence over the delivery company.
Would think twice about using a company which used that particular logistics delivery service again.
Only other point would be to mention that we thought we had bought a slientnight mattress- miracoil 7 when in fact when it did turn up it was a miracoil 3. On phoning the company i was told it was an error on the website and the miracoil 7 video and description shouuld not have been on the mattress description.. Not sure we had purchased this if we knew it was only a miracoil 3 and in light of all the delivery issues, however we had been waiting weeks plus the extra time to delivery plus the time off work and i just couldn't be bothered to send it back!
