They sent out the wrong item which in itself is a mistake that can happen, the problems started when I called to get the mistake rectified. On the 1st call to their 0845 number they seemed much more concerned about getting the wrong item back than getting the right item out to me, so much so that I had to point out to them the focus of the call was wrong. Eventually agreed to send the correct item by next day delivery (as that was the case for the original order). Next day no item arrived, and I couldn't track it. I called them and they had given me the wrong courier details - another mistake. They said they would check with courier and call me right back. 3 hours later there had been no call so rather irate I chased them for the 3rd time, when they confirmed it had been sent on 3-5 day delivery. For all off this they offered me a measly 10% off my next order and that's after asking what they're going to do. As if there will be a next order from them! Very poor experience, not impressed at all, their attitude was wrong from the start and it was error after error after error with no attempt to make it right until prompted.
